Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased directly at Parkers Chrysler in Penticton. All returns must be handled in the manner in which they were purchased. 

T-Shirts and Hoodies
All of our t-shirts and hoodies are printed as ordered and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly.

www.parkersgear.com will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase directly from www.parkersgear.com if returned prepaid within 15 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.

Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.

Returns or Exchanges by Mail

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail - at the expense of the purchaser. Your name and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address). Allow 2 weeks for processing.

For merchandise returns and/or exchanges for new merchandise, please follow the instructions below:

Preparing your return:

Make a copy of the packing slip for your records.
Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton.
To expedite your return/exchange, insert the packing slip. Keep the return label for use on the outside of the package.
If your exchange order requires additional payment, please contact Guest Services. Select a contact option at the bottom of this article.
Money orders, cashiers' checks or personal checks will not be accepted. If received, the order will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.
Pack and tape your package securely.
Affix the return shipping label to the package.
For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package with a signature required and trackin information (We cannot accept C.O.D.). We are not responsible for lost/stolen/incomplete shipments.
