FCA's overall performance has made history with the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study (IQS).
Dodge
This year, Dodge is the major history maker in the IQS, tied for top spot among 31 competitors, becoming the first domestic brand ever to achieve a No.1 ranking in the prestigious study's 34-year run. Dodge leaped seven places from the 2019 IQS.
RAM
Dodge was the major history maker for the domestic brands but RAM followed closely, rising to a third-place tie from its 21st postions last year. Thanks mostly to a refreshed product - the redesigned 1500 half-ton pickup and significantly upgraded line of heavy-duty trucks.
Toluca Assembly Plant
Of 75 plants in the Americas, Toluca Assembly Plant in Mexico won the Gold Award for manufacturing quality, while Belvidere Assembly Plant in Illinois claimed the Bronze Award. Both the Toluca and Belvidere plants are home to Jeep brand SUVs. Producing the Compass and the Cherokee.
