Once order has been submitted - we will contact you to schedule your car in! We can either hold your certificate at the dealership, or have it mailed. We can also format it as a gift certificate for you as well. All certificates are set to expire six months after being issued. 

Please note that dog hair can be a bit tricky. While we try to handle it to the best of our ability, if it is absolutely necessary to remove it all, there may be added time charged. Please bring it to the attention of our staff when the vehicle is being dropped off. Also, if your vehicle needs some extra TLC that requires more than the standard allotted time - there may be added time required to get it to a completely clean condition. We'll be more than happy to discuss your individual needs when you drop off your vehicle.
